Make sure your default printer is right. The most common issue is that you are printing to a printer you used before rather than the one you want now. Its very easy (and fast) to switch printers. If you do not have the printer you want listed, please contact IT.

 

Press Start > Printers and Devices (See Image Below) > see the printer you want > Right click it > Hit Set as Default 

Then, try to Print.

You might have to close and re-open the document for a Microsoft product to use the new default printer.
