Whether your mapped drives loaded or you are having an issue with a Favortes Folder please try to log out and back into your PC. Disconnect your mapped drives first for the best results. You can do so by:
1. Click Start > Computer (or My Computer)
2. Select the drive in question (if all have issues select them all - if no drives are present skip to Step 4)
3. Right Click and Disconnect
4. Then press Start > Log Off.
If you are in a terminal server just clicking the X will not resolve your issue. That only disconnects you. You must click Start > Logoff.
5. Then log back in. It might take up to 2-3 minutes (at most) but your drives will map.
This does not only re-run the login script to map drives but will refresh your network settings, permissions and authentication as well. Please let us know if the issue persists.
