Do you have the newest icons?
You have to log into the terminal server via the icons on your desktop. If you do not have these icons you can download them here. Please see attached.
Anyway, the attached should work either at work or at home. Remember, when you click on the icon, instead of just clicking yes or whatever click the windows that might appear, check the boxes. That should get them to stop bothering you. :)

Are you having trouble logging into GP or logging into the Terminal Server?
We are happy to unlock your account and sometimes beat the timer please let us know if you need a password reset or your account unlocked.
Please specify which you are having an issue with:
1. Connecting to the Terminal Server to use Great Plains (GP)
2. You are connected to the Terminal Server and are trying to log into Great Plains (GP)
The username and password for the terminal server are the same for your email. It is the 1st letter of your first name and your last name (Josh Hopper = jhopper) and your password.
