To do so:

  1.  Please log into the terminal server you normally use (The icons on your desktop for SVR-TERM4 or SVR-TERM5).
  2. Once logged in, click Start > Devices and Printers. A window will open.
  3. Once the Window opens, under the Printer and Fax section locate the TS Print PDF.
  4. Right click it and hit "Set as Default Printer"


This should resolve most of your printer troubles. IF you have Excel, Outlook or other applications open, they might not immediately print.
Simply close and re-open.
