Every 90 days you must change your password. To avoid getting locked out we notify you ahead of time with an automated e-mail. You do not e-mail this address or respond to it as it will go no where.
When your password will expire in 14 days you will get an email notifying you that you will need to change your password to keep using it. Below is a summary of the applied Password Policy settings:
- Password must be 8 or more characters in length
- Password must contain at least 1 upper case, 1 lower case, and 1 number or special character
- Password may NOT contain your first or last name
- You may NOT reuse any of your last 6 passwords
Use the attached documents if you need help resenting your password. If you work in the office follow the internal directions otherwise use the remote directions. The mobile directions will help you update the password on your mobile device once you have reset your password on the computer. Please contact IT if you need further assistance.
