To fix a problem remotely, we have to be able to log into your PC. Should LogMeIn have issues, all PCs are coming standard with TeamViewer.
Click Start and in the run field type TeamViewer. TeamViewer will be selected. Hit enter.
If not, it can be downloaded from here: https://ninite.com/teamviewer/
Please download the file in the link (if it doesn’t download already) and run it. TeamViewer will automatically install.
After installation, Open TeamViewer. (Same directions as above) Please let us know what the ID and Password are under the Remote Control Menu. I’ll connect immediately.
